Bhakti

Music is an integral to faith. Can anyone imagine Krishna without his Bansuri?? It’s devine vibration would swoon and melt everyone. The bamboo flute, made of a single length of bamboo, with six or seven holes and with no mechanical parts, is the oldest musical instrument known to man. Its sound vibration is believed to be the closest representation of “Om” . Flute is the human heart, and a heart which is made hollow will become a flute for the God of love to play upon. Bhakti flows from a person whose heart is the Lord’s abode. Once we restrict ourselves from the worldly pleasures and sensual attraction this bhakti flows in the outward direction directly from our heart.
